These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the crownph platform. Please read this document carefullybefore registering an account or using any of our services. By accessing crownph and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all players based in the Philippines and any other jurisdictions where access to crownph is permitted.
1. Acceptance of Terms

During registration, you must provide accurate personal details including your real name, a valid email address, and a contact number. 4. Player Obligations & Responsibilities
Players using crownph agree to conduct themselves in accordance with these terms and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations at all times. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that may cause harm to crownph or other users. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized tools to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. Players must not attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be void and may be subject to recovery. You agree not to engage in collusion with other players, manipulate betting outcomes, or participate in any coordinated abuse of platform promotions. crownph reserves the right to investigate any account that displays unusual activity patterns and to withhold pending transactions during such investigations. 5. Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on crownph, including deposits and withdrawals, are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports local payment methods including GCash and Maya, which are widely used by Filipino players across the archipelago. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider, and crownph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems. Withdrawals are processed subject to identity verification and account standing; crownph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds. Players are responsible for any transaction fees that may be imposed by their chosen payment provider, and these fees are separate from platform charges. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crownph and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses resulting from platform downtime, bet settlement errors due to data feed issues, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence. Our total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms shall limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. 7. Account Suspension & Closure
crownph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if a player is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Common grounds for account action include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent payment activity, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, or violating applicable Philippine laws. In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, crownph will endeavor to complete the review within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the affected player via their registered email address. Players may also voluntarily request account closure by contacting crownph support; any remaining balance that passes verification will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Accounts that have been closed for policy violations are not eligible for reinstatement, and any associated bonus balances or pending bets will be voided at the time of closure. crownph may also suspend access to specific games or features on an account if unusual activity is detected, while the broader account remains accessible.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the crownph platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of crownph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these terms. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of crownph. Unauthorized use of any crownph intellectual property, including scraping of platform data, systematic downloading of content, or reverse engineering of software, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
